eControl 150 has four ovens with three optional temperatures creating three distinct cooking zones.

1. The Roasting oven for high temperature cooking
   
2. The Baking or simmering oven for moderate cooking
   
3. The Simmering oven for long, slow cooking
   
4. The Warming oven for resting roast meats or for warming plates 

This Aga is constantly ready to cook and heat your home.
