Terms of service

1. APPLICABILITY OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Each order placed with West Country Cookers shall be governed by the present Terms and Conditions and is subject to particular conditions applicable to orders placed via the Internet or over the Telephone. West Country Cookers reserves the right to modify the present Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time by publishing a new version.

2. ORDERS

You may place orders by telephone, fax, email, post or online. West Country Cookers offers its products within the limits of available stock. West Country Cookers reserves the right to refuse orders.

3. DELIVERY

West Country Cookers makes every possible effort to ensure deliveries are dispatched within two to three working days after receipt of order. If you request a particular means of delivery different than that offered normally by West Country Cookers, any additional cost will be billed to you. Risk of loss and damage of goods passes to you on delivery.

4. VERIFICATION OF GOODS

It is your responsibility to verify the quantity and condition of goods upon receipt and, in the case of on-arrival damage or missing items, to notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt (retaining all relevant documents). West Country Cookers shall in such circumstances provide you with identical replacement goods or a full refund upon request.

5 RETURNS POLICY

You have the right to return goods that are damaged or faulty, within 7 days of receipt of goods.

6 PRICES AND INVOICES

The prices invoiced for goods you order are those in effect on the date you place your order and inclusive of VAT for customers within the European Union, but exclude delivery charges if applicable.

7 PAYMENT

Payment is due in full before ordered goods are dispatched.

8 DATA PROTECTION

West Country Cookers does not sell your data to third parties and treats it in strict accordance with applicable law.

9 E-MAIL COMMUNICATION (electronic mail)

By purchasing from our site you consent to receiving electronic mail and electronic communication.
